A 25% discount will be applied for same family pets sharing a single enclosure. This discount is applied to the daily boarding rate not of the first pet, but for each additional pet in that enclosure. We also offer a discount to animals staying for more than 30 days.
To protect the health of all animals in our care, a health check provided by our vet upon arrival at RAK AWC is mandatory and free of charge. If you want the health check to be done in the week before boarding commences, so you can be sure that your pet will be accepted for boarding, we charge a 100dhs deposit, which will be deducted from the boarding bill.

Check-in: Saturday to Friday, 9am - 12pm and 4pm - 6pm.
All guests must make an appointment with the vet prior to check-in to have a free health check. This is to ensure that they are completely healthy before they begin their stay. To give our guests the best opportunity to settle into their holiday accommodation we would recommend that they arrive as early in the day as possible.
Departure: Saturday to Friday, 9am - 12pm and 4pm - 6pm.
Public Holidays – No arrival or departure
All dogs and cats must receive a dose of Frontline upon arrival at RAK AWC for any boarding period exceeding twelve hours. Charges per dose range from 60 dhs for dogs and 50 dhs for cats - price depends on the weight of the animal.
A quick call or e-mail will reserve a place for your pet. A provisional booking will only be held for 7 days, until a booking form is completed and returned to us with a 50% deposit paid to confirm.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION
Like all good hotels and resorts, your pets’ holiday accommodation must be booked in advance, especially during peak holiday seasons. These dates fill up fast and bookings should never be left to the last minute to avoid disappointment.
To reserve a spot for your pet(s) please download and complete our Boarding Enquiry Form e-mail it to: email@example.com.

If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible. Bookings cancelled more than 1 month in advance of boarding will receive a full refund of their booking deposit. Up to 2 weeks before boarding we will refund 50% of the received deposit. Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before boarding are not entitled to a refund. Please note: All refundable deposits will be returned via cheque within 10 working days.
This service is by prior arrangement only and must be confirmed a minimum of 2 days before to arrange an exact time for pick up. The return journey must also be confirmed before check-in to avoid any unnecessary delays upon your return.
A charge will be made according to distance and will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
