LUXURY CANINE SUITES

Our spacious Dog Hotel meets all of the requirements for canine holidaymakers. Each studio design suite features a tiled lounge area, adjoining bedroom with a large bed, and soft fleece blankets. All rooms have access to an individual en-suite and outdoor covered play area and the biggest dog park and swimming pool. 

Whilst many guests may enjoy taking the time to relax, for those more active vacationers, there is an abundance of sporting activities outside of the kennels, such as a dog park, agility, swimming pool, paved courtyard, grass play area, walking, desert trails. All guests are routinely exercised twice a day, individually or in family groups.

ROOM SERVICE 

In-room dining provides guests with individually prepared meals that can be tailored to specific dietary requirements and served in each guest’s room.

All meals are lovingly prepared by our pet carers using top-quality pet foods.

Guests who require veterinary prescription diets must arrange for their owners to provide the required quantity of food for the duration of their stay.

VACCINATIONS 

All dogs must be vaccinated against Hepatitis, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvo-Virus, administered at least 7 days prior to arrival. The Kennel Cough vaccine is also required but must be administered at least 6 weeks prior to boarding.

All cats must be vaccinated against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Cat Flu, administered at least 7 days prior to arrival.

We require a copy of a valid pet passport from a registered veterinary clinic to be shown on arrival and to remain in our files for the duration of your pet’s stay.

All vaccinations can be administered at the RAK AWC Vet Clinic

MEDICATIONS 

Guests can have any required medication administered by our resident veterinary team. In the event of your pet falling ill during their stay, our fully qualified veterinary team will be on hand to provide any required treatment.

THE SPA 

Our purpose-built grooming area caters to pets large and small. We offer manicure and pedicure treatments, hair styling, and more. Grooming will incur additional charges.

All long-haired and full-coated breeds will receive complimentary brushing to help avoid any unnecessary tangling during their stay.

PRICES 

Cats – AED 65 per day

Dogs - AED 90 per day

HEALTH CHECK 

To protect the health of all animals in our care, a health check provided by our vet upon arrival at RAK AWC is mandatory and free of charge. If you want the health check to be done in the week before boarding commences, so you can be sure that your pet will be accepted for boarding, we charge a 100dhs  deposit, which will be deducted from the boarding bill.

CHECK-IN AND DEPARTURE 

Check-in: Saturday to Friday, 9am - 12pm and 4pm - 6pm.

All guests must make an appointment with the vet prior to check-in to have a free health check. This is to ensure that they are completely healthy before they begin their stay. To give our guests the best opportunity to settle into their holiday accommodation we would recommend that they arrive as early in the day as possible.

Departure: Saturday to Friday, 9am - 12pm and 4pm - 6pm.

Public Holidays – No arrival or departure

EXTERNAL MEDICINE 

All dogs and cats must receive a dose of Frontline/Advantix or Bravecto upon arrival at RAK AWC for any boarding period exceeding twelve hours. 

PROVISIONAL BOOKING

A quick call or e-mail will reserve a place for your pet. A provisional booking will only be held for 7 days until a booking form is completed and returned to us with a 50% deposit paid to confirm.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION

Like all good hotels and resorts, your pets’ holiday accommodation must be booked in advance, especially during peak holiday seasons. These dates fill up fast and bookings should never be left to the last minute to avoid disappointment.

If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible before making any payments as the money cannot be refunded. 

CHAUFFEUR SERVICE

This service is by prior arrangement only and must be confirmed a minimum of 2 days before to arrange an exact time for pick up. The return journey must also be confirmed before check-in to avoid any unnecessary delays upon your return.

A charge will be made according to distance and will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Pick up and drop off is only inside Ras Al Khaimah.
